AI Innovation as a Service

Discover, buildand test AIinnovations, fast.

Enterprises are sitting on untapped AI potential. Experimentation usually starts inside tech teams, when the opportunity is organisation-wide. We run the structured programme that turns that potential into live pilots.

The problem

Enterprises are sitting on untapped AI potential.

  • 01

    Evolving AI capabilities

The rapid advancement of LLMs and agentic AI is unlocking new ways for enterprises to enhance existing capabilities and accelerate innovation beyond traditional R&D cycles.

  • 02

    Cross-functional innovation

AI experimentation often begins within tech teams, with immense potential to expand across business units — bringing domain expertise and technology together for organisation-wide impact.

  • 03

    Scaling competitive advantage

Enterprises that embed structured AI ideation and experimentation into their workflows are uniquely positioned to lead in an AI-driven future.

Companies don’t have a lack of ideas. They lack a system to turn ideas into impact.

Our process

Structured, repeatable, enterprise-grade.

A six-phase delivery framework. Nothing is left to chance and nothing depends on one person remembering what happens next.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Align on business goals, AI readiness, and identify problem statements.

  2. 02

    Design

Craft the challenge brief, judging criteria and prize structure.

  3. 03

    Mobilize

Recruit and onboard participants, form teams, run AI workshops.

  4. 04

    Build

24–72 hours of intense creation with mentors and live support.

  5. 05

    Evaluate

Expert judging, pitch presentations, winner selection.

  6. 06

    Scale

Pilot roadmap, knowledge transfer and portfolio integration.

How an engagement runs

Three phases, from brief to showcase.

A programme typically runs 45 days from signature to the final event.

  1. Phase 1

    Programme setup

    • Theme and problem statements finalised against company and employee goals.
    • Startup eligibility and screening framework agreed, mentors and coaches confirmed.
    • Mentor and SME panel finalised — your technical evaluators alongside our industry mentors.
  2. Phase 2

    Application & selection

    • Applications open with challenge briefs and participation guidelines.
    • Shortlisted teams submit capability decks, product overviews, enterprise use cases and technical architecture.
    • Your SMEs run evaluations and demo sessions, and shortlist on technical capability, innovation, alignment and enterprise applicability.
  3. Phase 3

    Execution

    • A two-week build: teams produce enterprise-grade solutions through a structured execution programme.
    • Mentoring and interim evaluations — checkpoints, demo reviews and continuous progress assessment.
    • A final showcase that ends in named candidates for pilots, collaborations and commercial engagement.
